Allegro Student Housing Apartments is a 140 bedroom community built for students near SSU with an onsite gym, game room, laundry, and volleyball/picnic/bbq area. Our four-bedroom 2-bath apartments are set up so that each person has a locked private bedroom and a shared bathroom with one other student. The newly renovated modern kitchen and living rooms are shared with 3 other roommates. Although the kitchen is in a shared area, the refrigerator and sink are shared between two tenants only. Again, all bedrooms are single and have their own door lock.
For our student tenants, we have 10, 11, and 12 month lease periods available. Assigned parking is available for an additional cost, but street parking is readily available. The management also takes care of setting up all utilities and cable/wifi, so there is no need for each tenant to set up services with PG&E or Comcast for ultimate convenience.
The following are the rent prices per lease term:
12 months lease rent $920
11months lease rent $950
10months lease rent $990
In addition to the rent, the tenants are charged a flat fee of $70 for all the utilities including wi/fi and cable.
Upon approval, we will ask for the security deposit of $700 along with the $75 operations fee. This payment will hold a spot for you.
